Someday I am lying on a red coral reef with nothing to do. At this time, a torrent of water rushes towards me, scaring a group of jellyfish nearby to flee away with their long tentacles.

抬眼望去，一条人鱼正摆着海蓝色的大尾巴绕着我游，极力展示着他作为一条鱼的曼妙，一双澄澈的眼睛比这海波还要浪荡。

A mermaid swims around me waving his big aquamarine fish tail, bringing out his best to present his lithe and graceful body while giving me a sultry stare.

自他成年后，这样的场景每天都至少会上演一遍。

我无奈地看着他求偶，“我不是人，也不是鱼，你围着我转没用，海里这么多鱼，你找它们去。”

Mermaid\'s gills open and close more obvisiouly, showing he is irritated by my words. Nevertheless, he doesn’t give up and resorts to singing. I wonder which fish he learns tenacity from.

十分悦耳，效果也挺好的，不仅吸引鱼群，还招来一道雷电。

I must say it is very pleasant to the ear. His melody not only attracts schools of fish, but also a bolt of thunder.

漂亮大鱼尾，一半已成焦黑。

Half of of his beautiful fish tail is burnt black.

我赶紧捂住耳朵，这条人鱼尖叫的音浪不是盖的。

I immediately cover my ears because this mermaid’s high-pitched scream is horrible.

伴随着尖利的音调，周遭海水翻腾，人鱼怨恨地唤潮涌向天空，试图借滔天波浪把天上那个敢劈他尾巴的天使给打下来。

With the sharp scream, the surrounding sea water is surging. The mermaid resentfully rises the tide to the sky, trying to take down the angel who dared to strike his tail by overwhelming waves.

可惜在半空就被雷电劈下来，山高一般的海浪倏地失力，与人鱼的尸体一并往下坠，把大海搅了个不安宁。

It is a pity that he was knocked down by thunder halfway. The waves as high as a mountain suddenly loses force and fell down with the mermaid\'s body, disturbing the sea greatly.

我看着那条了无生机的人鱼有些可惜，“不是说它能活很久的吗？”

硕大翅膀张开的一瞬间，海水被巨大的力量朝两侧推开，波涛起伏中，我看见的是那双漂亮宽阔的羽翼。

The moment the huge wings are opened the sea is thrust away by huge force. Amidst the waves, what I see are those beautiful wide wings.

它们是那高悬头顶的深邃黑夜，是脚底光线不入的万丈沟壑，也是把我从无边苦痛中救赎出来的温暖怀抱。

They are the deep dark night hanging high above my head, the bottomless ravine under my feet, and the warm embrace that redeems me from the boundless suffering.
